First Step Options over the last 19 years.  Your support is a recognition of the value and positive impact our services and programs bring to the community.

 

We have had the privilege of serving over 1,200 clients and their families since opening our doors, because of your generous financial partnership.

 

We are 100% community funded. Together with your generous contributions we were able to raise $300,000.00 for our 

Home For Life Campaign.

 

We applied this amazing amount as a down payment to purchase a new permanent home for the Centre on 362 Miller Street.  We took possession of our new to us home on December 18th, 2024.

 

​Please consider continued contributions to our Home For Life Campaign which will go towards paying off the $100,000.00 still owing. 

 

Currently we have a one-year loan and we pay $328.18 weekly to incur as little interest as possible.  The maturity date for our current loan is February 18th, 2027.  At maturity we are able to pay out the loan in full or make a deposit before applying for a new loan.

 

Discharging our mortgage would allow us to continue to pour our resources directly into supporting clients.
